Now, I am using computer. Computer is necessary to our life.
Before Writing Ⅲ
When I was a high school student, I was not able to use computers, because there was not a class with a computer. I used a computer for only doing the Internet in a house. So it was slow that I typed to a PC.

Typing
Now, I have Writing class. The class is using with computers. There is Typing Speed Trial every week. I have to improve my typing speed. I was in spring semester, I was poor at typing. But, now, I can type it better than spring semester. I practice at typing game. My recommended site is Flash Typing Sushi-DA. It is interesting. If you want to improve your typing skill, please check it. I want to be can ‘Touch Typing’. It is skill that type to computer without watching a keyboard side. Typing become fast. But I need effort and time by the acquisition.
Blog
I have my blog. I made my blog for Writing class. All students in Writing class have own blog. We have to update own blog every day. It is so interesting!! Because I can check my friends blog, I can know about my friends. And I want to tell my life to my friends. There are diary book reviews, essays, movie reviews in my blog. Please check it.
Vocabulary
I don’t know much vocabulary. When I was a high school student, I studied the vocabulary. Sometimes I check my vocabulary at ‘Tangoriki’. It is the site that it tests examining vocabulary.
After Writing
After graduation, I will get a job. I have to use computers in there. I want to improve my computer skill. I must improve my typing skill. ‘Touch Typing’ is so difficult. However I have a lot of time in my collage life. I practice in typing game, I will get better typing skill.
Conclusion
Almost company has computers. I think modern people must learn about computers. We can communicate with other people in Internet. It is great thing. Computer is necessary to our life.

TV in Japan

TV is very important for us. TV has high technology, TV has many programs, TV is influential with us. I will introduce about TV.

Technology
Analog color television broadcast: It is broadcasted from 1953. It is going to be gone off the air on July 24, 2011.

Terrestrial digital television broadcast: It started broadcast on December 1, 2003. All television becomes the terrestrial digital broadcast by 2011. We must change the television which terrestrial digital broadcasting. If you use the television which supports only analog broadcasting, you have to connect a new tuner.

A thin-screen TV: It is the television which used flat-panel display. The former television used a cathode-ray tube. However, depth becomes big as television becomes the big screen. It has a lot of good points. For example, we can put this thin-screen in any kind of place. It has low consumption electricity. It is longer life.

Programs

There are many programs on TV. For example, there are music program, news program, animation, entertainment, and so on. My favorite TV is Cartoon Net Work. It is an animation channel in America. It is broadcasted only cartoon. The broadcast was started in 1997 in Japan. My favorite works are Dexter's Laboratory(upper left photograph), The Powerpuff Girls(upper right photograph) The animation is so interesting!! Many Japanese animations were broadcasted in Cartoon Net Work. For example, ‘Attack NO.1’ and ‘Anpanman’ was broadcasted.

Influence on people

TV gives us very big influence. There are good influence and bad influence. TV produces much trend. Some people change the mind, because they are influenced by an entertainer appearing on television. TV changes a sense for the right and wrong and outlook on ethic, outlook on verge of death. Girls imitate the fashion of a talent appearing on TV.
The recent child has too much time to spend it on video game. What kind of influence on child is there? If a child watches the television which there is a lot of violence scene, it is too dangerous. The child may not think that violence is bad. I think that the influence that television gives to a child is very big.

Conclusion

People like watching TV. I like watching TV, too. TV is very important for us. We are always watching TV. TV has a various influence on us. Japanese watch TV for 4 hours in a day. On Sunday, they watch TV more than 5 hours in a day. It is average. Don’t you think it is too much time? TV gives us many things. We get much information from TV, TV makes us interesting. But, I think people spend too much time for watching TV. I think I have to study, go out, and do something instead of watching TV. The development of the television will be pushed forward steadily. Television may become more and more important for us. But we must be careful to watching too much television.

Introduction
We spend community life every day. School, family, job are community, I think. We have many places for community life. I will introduce about community life around me.

University
I go to Kumamoto Gakuen University. University is big community. I belong to foreign language department Britain and the United States subject. I like English. English is very important for me, because I want to take work about English. I study English every day. Kumamoto Gakuen University has several department. For example, the university has Department of economics, department of commercial science, A foreign language department, A social welfare department. There is a lot of students. I think this university has good surroundings to study. Facilities are good. There is big library, school restaurant, lowson, and bakery. I communicate with my friends every day. I think university is good place for communicate with other person.

Job
Job is community. I have part time job. I have two part time jobs. One is Japanese style bar. It says ‘Izakaya’ in Japanese. I work there for one year. I got many friends in the part-time job. I often go to drink with friend after finish part-time job. We are good friends. Another one, I work in Chinese restaurant. I work as a waitress. I work there from June of this year. The restaurant opened in June. All the people of the employee are kind. They give me ice cream, and chocolate, many sweets. I am looking forward to go part-time job every day. In I work, I serve a dishes and I clear away dishes, I listen customer talk. It is interesting. I think the service trade is very difficult. I have to think about customer every time. I have to value a smile. I learned many things at part-time job. I will retire Izakaya this month. I want to save time for study. I will take new part time job next year.

Family
Family is community. Everyone has family. I have father, and mother, two older sister. I like my family very much. My father work in prefectural office. My mother is English teacher at junior high school. My sister is Kumamoto prefectual university student. My family is very funny and interesting. My parents live in Oita. My sister lives in Kumamoto. I live with my sister now. My parents look very busy. However, in holiday, we go out. We go to various places. Last time we climbed a Kujyu mountain. We often go out with family. I like holiday. My family love dogs. So we have two dogs in my house. Their name is Cookie and Minnie. My dogs are very pretty. The upper photograph is my dogs☆I like this photos. My family always talks about dogs, and we go for walk with my dogs. I like my tender family!!

Conclusion
Community life is very important. Community life is very important. The human being cannot live alone. We are belonging community life every time. If there is not community life, we cannot communicate with other person. We have to value community life.

My Favorite Place

I will introduce about my favorite place. I have 3 favorite places. It is my house and my parents house, Tokyo.


My house
My house is in Onoue. Onoue is near Obiyama. I live with my sister now. So my house is big. There is living and my room, my sister room. It is 2LDK. And, it is new construction. My room is very comfortable. There is bed, desk, sofa and so on. My favorite color is black and pink. So my room’s main color is black and pink. My bed is black, my curtain is pink. I changed a bed sheet recently. My new bed sheet material is good. It is soft and fluffy. I look forward to sleeping every day. When I am in my room, I can be very relaxed.


My parents house
I am from Oita. So my parents house is in Oita. My parents house is in near Oita downtown. I can go to downtown from my parents house so easy. Most favorite place of my parents house is living room. Families always gather in living room. And there is a sofa. There is it for ten years. I like it, because it is comfortable. My father bought new television recently. My family likes it. When I come back to there, I am in living room every time. I like park near my house. It is big park. I go there with my dogs.


Tokyo
I like Tokyo very much, because there is a lot of place to play. For example, there is Tokyo Disney Land, shopping department store. I like to go shopping in Tokyo. The thing which Kumamoto does not have is sold in Tokyo. I like Shibuya and Harajyuku. There is a big department store. There are a lot of stylish people. I went to Tokyo 2 years ago. It was so interesting. And I make a plan to go to Tokyo with my mother in winter vacation. And I want to work in Tokyo in the future.


Conclusion
I have many favorite spot. I cannot choose the most favorite place. My favorite place makes me happy. I think that I will make a favorite place more.

Andy is a boy of 6 years old. He loves toys. Andy’s favorite toy is Woody of the cowboy doll. On Andy’s birthday, Mother gave him a birthday present. The present was ‘Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear’. Woody became uneasy, because he expected that Buzz became the favorite of Andy. Andy became crazy about a buzz. Woody always quarrel with Buzz. This story is written about the friendship. There is a various thing, and Woody and Buzz are good friends.

Conclusion
This story is very interesting. It is very unique that a toy talks like a human being. TOY STORY2 of the sequel of this movie was made. TOY STORY3 is going to be shown in U.S.A. in 2010. This movie charms a lot of children. I watched the movie. I learned the importance of the friend from this movie. When I am troubled, the friend helps me. Friend is important. I recommend this movie.

meats
Most famous meat of Kumamoto is horse meat. The locals eat this raw often. It is called ‘Basashi’ in Japanese. Horse meat called ‘cherry meat’. This is another name of it. Because of this meat looks so beautiful red and vivid marbled. In Kansai, to eat the horse meat is not popular but it is ordinary thing in Kousyu, foreign country (especially in Europe) and Kumamoto. And it is known as healthy food. So it is a rich food than beef and pork. There are many iron, vitamin, calcium and glycogen in it. In addition, it has high protein and low fat. That is why, it is good for the health and suited for diet. It taste sweet and plain than the other meats. Above all, its sweet is the most characteristic thing. ‘Baniku’ is good for the health and taste good too.

vegetables
It can grow many kind of vegetables in Kumamoto. First, Kumamoto is the top of the Japan to produce of mini tomato. Mini tomato of Kumamoto has high sugar content. So, we can eat it as if to eat fruit. And beautiful color of it is become accent of dishes. Next is eggplant. It is called ‘Nasubi’ in Japanese. There are two kind of eggplants in Kumamoto. One is called ‘Higonodekonasu’. It looks dark color and slim than ordinary eggplant. Another one is called ‘higomurasaki’. It looks purple color and it is the larger than the ordinary eggplant. In addition, it has no seed. And it has tender meat. That is why, it is nice to roast. The way of this is called ‘Yakinasu’ in Japanese. Besides of these, there are many vegetable in Kumamoto. For example, sweet potato, Japanese radish and carrot are famous vegetables in there.

There are many sweet in Kumamoto. First is ‘銅銭糖’ . It is a famous sweet in ozu-tyou. It is made in ‘浪花屋’. It looks white stick and there are Japanese ‘Anko’ inside it. It is said that a lord ate it long ago. Next is ‘Yotsumemanju’. It is made in ‘Yotsumehonten’ in Kumamoto city. Inside it is Japanese ‘Anko’ and it is wrapped with sponge cake. It looks so original. Next is ‘Mitudukeringo-cake’. It is made in ‘清正製菓’ in Kumamoto city. It is the cake flavor of cheese. And there are apples on it. It is good when a break. Besides of these, there are many popular sweet in Kumamoto. For example, ‘Musyagaeshi’, ‘Ikinaridango’ and ‘Jindaiko’ in there.

Kumamoto City has many sightseeing spot. For example, Kumamoto Castle, Suizenzi Park, Kumamoto museum, Kumamoto prefectural art museum and so on. These are wonderful each and every. Especially, it is 400 years since Kumamoto Castle was build. So, many events are held in Kumamoto Castle this year. And, you can go downtown from Kumamoto Castle. Many stores stand in a row. We can go shopping or eating local dishes. If you rode in bus or streetcar, you can go to Suizenzi Park or Kumamoto zoo. Suizenzi Park is very beautiful. It is a beautiful Japanese garden. There are torii, pond, Tadatoshi Hosokawa’s bronze statue and so on. You can ramble and feel a history. And, Kumamoto zoo has many kinds of animal. For example, monkey, giraffe, leopard and so on. You can touch goat or sheep. And, there is a botanical garden. You will be able to look at rare plants. In addition, there is Ezu Lake near there. You can go fishing or riding in boat. These spots besides there are night view spots like Hanaokayama. You will be able to see beautiful night view. So, Kumamoto City has many wonderful spots. Please visit these places.

Aso
Aso has many beautiful natures. First, I introduce Mt. Aso. It is well-known to caldera. This caldera is the biggest in the world. You can look around crater vicinity when volcanic activity is a quiet. There is Aso volcano museum. And, Aso is fame by hot spring. There are many hot spring in Aso. These have almost open air bath. You will be able to relax. Next, I introduce a truck train. This runs between Tateno and Takamori. This truck train dose not have window. A splendid view will unfold before your eyes. Perhaps you may look cosmos at this season. Next I introduce ‘Hanaasobi’ in Aso City. There are restaurant or museum in ‘Hanaasobi’. We can enjoy seeing many kinds of rose in this facility all year around. And, we can try to make tofu in ‘tofu museum’ . This is very interesting. Finally, I introduce ‘Aso farmland’. There are many shop in there. You will be able to savor beer, meat, sweets and so on. So, we can lodge at this facility. Please visit Aso. You will surely relax. Amakusa has beautiful sea. So, there are aquarium in Amakusa. First, I introduce ‘Ushibuka kaityu park’. This park is very beautiful. You can look in the sea. Next, I introduce ‘Amakusa dolphin world’. We can contact dolphin. Dolphin or sea lion’s show is very popular. And, we can watch many forms of life. Next, I introduce ‘Shiro Amakusa memorial hall’. Shiro Amakusa is fame. If you visited this memorial hall, you could learn history.

Middle history
When the Heian era began, there was 99 volost in 14 counties and the bottom in the Higo country. When the manor heyday, about 10 baronies such as Aso manor and Yamaga manor were made. When the Kamakura period, Samurais were appointed by a lord of a manor and the protection. Mr. Aso and Kikuchi showed power in Kumamoto. From 1587, Kiyomasa Kato and Yukinaga Konishi ruled over the country of Higo. Kiyomasa Kato built Kumamoto Castle. Now, Kumamoto Castle is called "three Japanese fine castles" with Himeji Castle and Nagoya Castle. Kato received a trace of Konishi who died out by a fight of Sekigahara, and unified Higo. When it was the late Tokugawa period, the finance of the feudal clan became gradually hard. They tried for various political reforms and promotion of industry, but the shogunate government collapsed soon.

Modern history
In 1869, the Higo feudal clan was changed to Kumamoto feudal clan after return of the land and people from the feudal lords to the Emperor. The Kumamoto feudal clan became Kumamoto by establishment of prefectures in place of feudal domains of 1971. In 1871, Kumamoto medical school, Kumamoto Dutch learning school were established, and the modernization by Western civilization was planned. On the other hand, the family with samurai antecedents had dissatisfaction toward the new government. So the Southwestern Rebellion happened. Kumamoto became the battle place. Afterwards, a great number of changes were performed, and the local government system advanced slowly afterwards in the direction of the local self-government. Kumamoto city was born in 1889. And, merger advanced more, and new cities, towns and villages were born. And now Kumamoto has 11 cities, 62 towns and 21villages.

The most famous festival is ‘Hinokunimatsuri’ in Kumamoto city. It is held august every year in Kumamoto castle. This festival has two days. It has a firework for the first night. And it has a dance called ‘Otemoyansoodori’ in Kumamoto for the second night. Many dancer enjoy it. They do makeup as they like and they dance around the Kumamoto city. There are play of Japanese ‘Tsugaru-syamisen’ last year.

South area
In Yatsushiro city, a big fireworks display is performed every year. A lot of famous pyrotechnicians compete for their skill. There are fireworks launched to music. It is performed every middle of October. 10,000 fireworks are launched in this festival. It is full of a lot of people. There are many people coming from the Kyushu outside.
In Yamaga city, there is a big festival to be called the ‘Yamaga Touryou Festival’. It is famous that woman cheats ‘Touryou’ on her head. It is so beautiful.

North area
North area has many kinds of festival or events. I will introduce you. First, I introduce firework in Tamana City. This is a big event in summer. It is powerful but beautiful. Similarly, Sanoyoi fire carnival holds every year in Arao City. This is firework too. When reach the climax of this event, it produce season image. For example, ‘cherry’, ‘sea’, ‘colored leaves’, and ‘snow’. This is very beautiful. Next, I introduce goldfish festival in Nagasu town. It is held dipping for goldfish championship. At once, flea market is held. This is very interesting. In addition, Nagasu has other festival. It is ‘Hamayumi Festival’. This is traditional festival and naked festival. This is very gallant. Finally, I introduce ‘Yamaga garden lantern festival’. This is famous festival. It is hold every year in Yamaga when the Bon Festival. When this festival is held, women put gold garden lantern on own head.So, everyone dance fascinating. This light is very beautiful and very fantastic. Please visit these festival.

6th essay My recommendation

I will introduce my favorite artist. I like listen to music. Recently my best singer is Koda Kumi. This is Koda Kumi Official Web Site. She is top artist in Japan. I like her voice, and I like her pop sound. When I was depressed, I listen her song, I get well. Her song's ward makes me sad, she knows girls mind. I like her character. She is sexy, she is interesting. She is fasion leader for girls. She often appears on TV. Please check it.
Next, I like Mihimaru GT. I like thier songs very much. Espcially, I like 'Kibun Jyo-jyo', Last year, I often listened the songs. The song is very pop. If I listen the song, I become high tension. The group's vocal is cute!! Her name is Hiroko. Her voice is high. I want to listen the group song in summer. I want to listen the songs when I driving.
Last, I will introduce DVD. It is Charie and the Chocorate Factory. It is story of chocorate. I bought the DVD the year before last. It is funny story. I like Johny Depp. He is cool. Chocolate looks very delicious.

5th Essay Roman Holiday

I’d like to introduce my favorite movie. The movie’s name is ‘Roman Holiday’. I think everyone has seen the movie. You know, the movie is very famous.
When I was a high school student, I saw this movie for the first time. I was so surprised, because the movie is perfect.

The story is romantic. The princess in Europe falls in love with the pressman. They go sightseeing in the showplace in Rome. I like the story, but I love scenery in the movie. There is the scenery of beautiful Rome. My best place is Fontana di Trevi(Trevi no Izumi). There is a legend that if you throw out the coin in the fountain, you can come to Roma again. It is romantic!! In spring vacation, I went to Italy, and I went to Fontana di Trevi. My dream came true. I want to go to Rome again.

Audrey Hepburn speaks beautiful English. She speaks as if she is a true aristocracy. I like her English. I’d like to speak English like her. She is charming. She is beautiful so as to charm people. She is a person of my yearning. This movie will be handed down for a long time hereafter.

4th Essay Wonderful Kumamoto

I am going to introduce you about Kumamoto. I'm from Oita. So I don't know about Kumamoto. However, I love Kumamoto. Kumamoto has a lot of place to visit. Kumamoto has a lot of forest. My best place in Kumamoto is Aso. Many visitor visits Aso. There is surrounded naturally. There is beautiful and nice place. There has a lot of tourist attraction. For example, Cuddly Dominion, Farm Land, Flower Heights, and so on. You can see firefly in Aso. I have never seen firefly. I want to go to Aso to see firefly someday. Aso changes face by the season. In spring, you can see Cherry blossoms. And you can enjoy ‘Hanami’. In summer, you can see Hydrangea, Sunflower. And there is many festivals. Fireworks are launched in the festival. In autumn, there is a wonderful autumn tint. The cosmos is a best time to. In winter, The Mt. Aso where the snow piles is very beautiful. Please go in winter if there is a chance that you go to the Mt. Aso. You might be satisfied. This photograph is a photograph in the Mt. Aso winter.

Kumamoto’s water is very delicious. The water of Kumamoto was chosen as 100 selections of famous clear water (MeisuiHyakusen). It is wonderful!! So Suntory Beer Factory decided to build a factory in Kumamoto. Delicious beer is made in there. In Kumamoto, you can drink city water. It is amazing. You cannot drink city water generally.
And, in Kumamoto, there is a lot of local cooking. ‘Taipi-en’ is famous. It is like ‘Ra-men’. Its noodle use ‘Harusame’. My part-time job is Chinese restaurant. The restaurant serves ‘Taipi-en’. Many customer orders it. So it is very popular for people in Kumamoto.
It is my best Kumamoto’s local cooking.

Oita is beautiful !!!

3rd Essay
I will introduce my home prefecture Oita. I have lived there since childhood. Oita has nice spot to sightseeing. There are always many foreignerｓ. Especially, Beppu and Yufuin are very famous for sightseeing. Yufuin became a stage of a serial drama novel . Beppu and Yufuin have a lot of hot spring. Hot spring makes us relax. A hot spring is good for health. When I lived in there I sometimes went to hot spring with my friends or my family. Oita has a big aquarium. The name is Umitamago. I think that it is the most wonderful aquarium in Kyushu. You can see a show of a sea lion and a dolphin. There is suitable for a date. There is always crowded with couples.
Oita’s famous food is Toriten, Dangojiru, Sekisaba, Sekiaji, Globefish. A fish produced from Saganoseki is very delicious.
Oita has nice soccer team. You know? It is Trinita!! The team is strong recently. It was promoted to J1. Trinita often appears in Soccer TV. The team’s game usually plays in Kyusyu Sekiyu Dome. Kyusyu Sekiyu Dome was named Big Eye before. But it was changed 2 years ago, because the sponsor changed. I have been to Big Eye to watch soccer. The time was Soccer World Cup. I could see Miyamoto Tsuneyasu. I like him. He is captain of Japan. He is handsome and he plays soccer very well. I cannot go for support of soccer since I move in Kumamoto. When I will come back to Oita, I want to go for support of soccer. I am looking forward it. I love my home prefecture Oita. Please try to visit there once. You will like there.

My Campus Life

My campus life is good(*^▽^*)o~♪
But study is very hard for me.
There is much homework and class is very difficult.
Especially required subject is difficult.
I became a second grader and became busier.
I am pressed every day by homework.
So I do not have time to play.
A class makes me bore and sleepy.
I think I have to study hard.
Because I would like to get a job after graduate from college.

I have a part time job. I work in a bar near my house.
There is so hard. There is crowded with people on the weekend.
But the work is fan for me. I can learn various waiting on customers.
When I will begin to work in the future, it will be useful.

My club is hospitality club. The club’s main activities are study.
We usually study hospitality, manner, and so on.
Actually I cannot participate in activity recently…
I intend to participate in more activity from now on.
In this summer vacation, we will go to Tokyo Disney Land for training.
I am looking forward to go to there.
My campus life is so busy. I think that I must study more from now on.
I will become busier. I intend to enjoy campus life!!

Nice to meet you. I am 19 years old. I'm from Oita. Now, I live in Kumamoto. I am auniversity student. I'm in a English department. So I like English.

My hobby is watching movie, go shopping. Sometimes I go to movie theater to watch movies. My favorite movie is 'Ima Aini Yukimasu'. It's Japanese movie. I like Japanese movie. But I like American movie too. In American movie, I like Pirates of Calibian. It's so interesting!!

I will introduce my family. I have father and mother and sister. I live with my sister now. My sister is University student. And she is 21 years old. My father and mother lives in Oita.
